1. Phoenix Romania material
Except where another notice applies, original Phoenix Romania branding, community copy, layouts, databases and media are protected to the extent copyright or related rights subsist. Software components remain subject to their respective open-source licences. You may not imply endorsement, misuse member data or remove attribution and licence notices.
2. SCP Foundation attribution
Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including SCP concepts and the SCP Foundation logo where used, originates from the SCP Wiki and its contributing authors. Relevant derivative content is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported licence (CC BY-SA 3.0).
Where a specific SCP article, tale or creator is directly adapted, the corresponding title, author and source should also be credited. The former SCP-173 image/likeness associated with Izumi Kato’s Untitled 2004 is not licensed under CC BY-SA and is not authorised for commercial reuse here.
3. SCP: Secret Laboratory and third parties
SCP: Secret Laboratory is developed and published by Northwood Studios. Phoenix Romania is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Northwood Studios. Steam and related marks belong to Valve Corporation; Discord, Google, YouTube and TikTok names and marks belong to their respective owners. Third-party material remains subject to the owner’s terms and licence.
4. AI-assisted content
Some decorative images, drafts, translations or design elements may be created or refined with generative artificial-intelligence tools under human direction and review. Because the copyright status of purely machine-generated output can vary by jurisdiction, Phoenix Romania does not claim exclusive copyright in elements that are not legally protectable. Human-authored selection, arrangement, editing, branding and integration may still be protected where applicable.
AI assistance does not override third-party rights or open licences. SCP-derived AI-assisted material remains subject to the applicable CC BY-SA 3.0 obligations. We aim not to represent generated depictions as official Northwood assets or as the work of a named artist.
5. Reports and attribution corrections
If you believe material lacks attribution, infringes rights or should be corrected, email scp@pxn.ro or contact the official Phoenix Romania support channel with the URL, identification of the work, your relationship to it and the requested action. Good-faith reports will be reviewed and material may be credited, restricted or removed while a claim is assessed.
